Remote Support

Remote support is now easier than ever!  All you have to do is download a small program to your PC, and in a few minutes you can securely connect your PC to one of our PCs and show us the problem.  Click here or on the image below to get started:

Detailed instructions

After clicking on the image above, you'll see a window similar to the one below:

Click the "Save" button.  The next window will ask you where you want to save the file:

Click the "Desktop" button at the upper left (we want to save the file on the desktop), then click the "Save" button at the lower right.  Minimize or close the web browser window and all other windows, and you should see a new icon on your desktop that looks like the following:

Double-clicking this icon will run the program.  The first time you run the program after downloading it, Windows may ask if it is safe to run and pop up this prompt window:

Uncheck the box next to "Always ask before opening this file", then click "Run".  That way, the next time you double-click the PcHelpWare icon, you won't have to deal with this question.  Now you'll get to the actual connection box:

Click the "Connect" button -- there's no need to enter a Login or Password -- and PcHelpWare will make a remote control connection back to a PC at RLW Consulting.

The next time you use PcHelpWare, the connection box will pop up without any further ado.
